Did you decide anything about the titles? 'Newbie' is a tad....offensive, in a way. XD And 'mod' is plain too. We need some titles like on LUO. You already thought them up or shall we all just leave suggestions?
I agree with Ayelet that some better rank titles are needed. Being a 'newbie' feels a little insulting. I think something with a bit of innuendo would be apropos, as long as it isn't too over the top.
